Grove Village: Exclusive SSR Accommodation

SSR can now offer exclusive off-campus student accommodation, giving our students the chance to live with other like-minded people in a newly built, fully furnished house very near to the school.

Grove Village is situated just a five minute walk away from SSR, close to the famous Apollo music venue.

The complex, made up of a series of contemporary houses, is ideally located for access to Manchester City Centre and its many amenities, shops, restaurants and lively nightlife.

There is a limited availability of rooms, and all are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Houses:
Each property contains three bedrooms, kitchen, living / dining room, bathroom and W.C.

Two of the three bedrooms contain a double bed, wardrobe / drawers, chair, mirror and lamp. One bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom containing shower, wash basin and W.C. The single room contains a single bed, wardrobe/bedside table and lamp.

The living / dining room is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, television and two sofas.

The kitchen is fitted with cooker & hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Cooking utensils are also included.

There will be a monthly cleaning service included with the room rates. Cleaning equipment (hoover, mop etc) are also provided.

There is a private garden area.

ALL HOUSES ARE ALARMED.

Prices:
(not including bills)

• Single Bedroom: £270 per calendar month
• Double Bedroom: £295 per calendar month
• Double Bedroom with en-suite: £320 per calendar month

Accommodation fees are paid monthly, at the beginning of the month.

Deposit:
A deposit of six week’s rent is required in advance to secure accommodation. This deposit is returned when you vacate, subject to an inspection of the student's room for damage and inventory items.  The first four weeks rent are payable in advance from the time you move in.
