SSR Manchester - SSR students celebrate graduation
SSR students celebrate graduation
On Wednesday 11th July, the very first graduates from our BSc Studio and Live Music Production course attended the UCLan graduation ceremony at Guild Hall in Preston. Vice Principal Ian Carmichael, and Head of Audio Martin Desai both attended the ceremony to cheer on the students, and to share some refreshments afterwards.

SSR Vice Principal Ian Carmichael:
“We are incredibly proud of these guys. They have been great to work with over the last 3 years, and we're actually sorry to see them go. All the SSR team wish them the best of luck in their future careers.”

Wednesday also saw the Graduation Ceremony at Victoria Halls in Bolton for graduates on the BSc Sound Engineering and Design course. Finally after 3 years of hard work, 31 students celebrated their achievement in the usual customary throwing of their mortar boards into the air.

SSR Vice Principal Ian Carmichael:
“It's such a proud moment for me, and for the rest of the team at SSR, to see these students completing their studies. When the Vice Chancellor of Bolton University invokes the power of the university to declare them graduates, and the whole of the assembly in the Victoria Halls explodes with cheering, it's such a rousing emotional moment.”

We would like to congratulate all the students on their success and wish them the best of luck in their future careers.
