Since starting the Audio Engineering Techniques & Technology course in September 2013, 'Wimmy' has become a Pro Tools certified user and 210V certified Venue Operator as well as gaining valuable recording experience throughout this time. He currently has several recording and mixing sessions under his belt with The Rainkings (members from Inspiral Carpets, Dub Sex and Bodines), Jah Wobble, Deja Vega, Purple Heart Parade, Seabirds, Jekyll and students from RNCM. His latest work with Deja Vega also got played on Shell Zenners radio show with a special mention for Paul himself as the recording and mix engineer.
Other recent work includes helping out in the live venue with Inspiral Carpets as well as crew and FOH work at Headlander and Bankswood Festivals, FOH for Hyde college at their annual panto as well as assisting at Edge Recording Studios on various sessions.
With a regular spot doing FOH at the Deaf Institute, 'Wimmy' has also been involved in stage crew. FOH and monitors work at Club Academy, Manchester Ritz and Soundcontrol Manchester for Rival Sons, In Flames, Blues Pills, Liam Fray and many many others.
He is currently freelancing for studio recording and live work.
